          Conclusion

Traditional meta-analysis has shown the Zonisamide administration can improve the UPDRS score. The
dose response meta-analysis helps to model the dose dependent effect of Zonisamide on UPDRS score
when compared to the traditional approach.

          INTRODUCTION –
Maternal morbidity is considered as a key health indicator and the direct causes of maternal deaths are
well known and largely preventable and treatable. As per 2020 data in India MMR was 17.4 per 100,000
live births. The MMR gets higher with each older age group. All women need access to antenatal care in
pregnancy, skilled care during childbirth, and care and support in the weeks after childbirth. All
births should be assisted by skilled health professionals, as timely management and treatment
can make the difference between life and death for both the mother and the baby.

          OBJECTIVE –
Association between women’s autonomy status and maternal care utilization.
Contribution of significant factors for the maternal care utilization.

          DATA AND METHODOLOGY –
There was 4391 currently married women who have at least one live births and their ages between 15-49
in north east region of India but this study is based on 1850 having full information on study variables.
They responded on autonomy related questions in National Family Health Survey – 4. Chi- square test
and logistic regression model are used for analysis of the data.
          RESULTS –

We found that 78.8% urban and 62.8% rural mothers had taken the postnatal checkups and rest. From
religious prospective out of all respondents, Hindu (76.5%), Muslims (50.5%), Christian (58.8%) had
taken post-natal checkups. The percentage utilization of PNC was 1.8, 68.5 & 29.7 respectively in lower,
middle, and higher autonomy groups. We can say that women autonomy is significantly associated with
          institutional delivery (OR: 2.5, 95%CI: 1.4 – 4.6), (OR: 3.3, 95%CI: 1.8 – 6.1) respectively compared to
women who have low autonomy. Significant association was also observed between women’s autonomy
          and post-natal checkup (OR: 2.7, 95%CI: 1.5 – 4.9) and (OR:4.5, 95%CI: 2.4 – 8.4) compared to women
          who have low autonomy.
