MESSAGE
It is a matter of immense pleasure that the 39th annual conference of Indian Society for Medical Statistics
is being organised by the department of Preventive and Social Medicine in RIMS, Ranchi from 9th to 11th
December,2021.
Knowledge in the field of medicine always needs being updated through various ongoing innovations and
research activities by the clinicians and academicians for the sake of providing better and better services
to the ailing humanity.
And since the central theme of the conference is focused on Biostatistical techniques, I’m sure this will
prove a great boost for the attendees including our young residents as well as the faculties of various
departments in their orientation towards research works related to their domain.
I wish the delegates should get registered in a large number to enjoy this mega academic feast and make
the conference a great success by means of their active participation and contributions.
